With reduced reimbursements, increased paperwork and added layers of bureaucracy it can be very difficult to maintain a professional and courteous environment.  We strive to do this though building friendly relationships with our patients.  You can expect a warm welcome and willingness to make sure you are comfortable in our office.  If there is something you need to make your experience more pleasant, please do not hesitate to ask.  Also, Sowell Podiatry is constantly working to reduce waiting times in our office.  Communication is the key to this situation, so we will try to keep you posted when delays occur and we will work hard to catch up while maintaining our high level of care.
