I practice podiatry in Nacogdoches and Carthage Texas as well as over fifteen area nursing homes and assisted living facilites in East Texas.

About Dr. Sowell

Dr. Sowell grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas where he graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency training at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Sowell then pursued an additional two years of surgical training in Dayton, Ohio before returning to Nacogdoches. Dr. Sowell has been back in Nacogdoches for ten years and has enjoyed being involved in his community by serving in many civic and charitable organizations. Most notable being Regents Academy and the Tony Franklin Foundation. He has a beautiful wife, Lara, four children and one grandchild!
